Since the start of my dealing with LJH lane Cove, which interestingly started off as a tenant and then later moved on to being a landlord / managing agent relationship on our own properties, throughout that time, you guys (Gretta and team) have been absolutely amazing and fantastic!!!
As a tenant, my wife and I were made to feel very special and looked after like no other agent has ever done before. With this in mind, selecting the right agent that should look after our purchases in the Lane Cove area was an absolute no-brainer. And how right we were ... the same exceptional treatment that we felt as a tenant has continued on as a landlord..
The efficiency of your team, the quick responses, the continuous regular updates (which arc critical as we have now lived outside of Australia for the last 5 years) have been second to none. Importantly, your tenant selection process and ensuring that the properties are well kept are absolutely spot on!
As we have properties outside of Lane Cove / NSW (that are managed by other agents), we arc acutely aware of the performance and relationship difference that we have with you!!! If only all agents can be as amazing and superb as you guys!!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you and your property management team for all your assistance over the past two and a half years. We were recommended your agency by some friends who had moved to Melbourne and were happy with your service and because we were moving to Perth and being so fax away we wanted someone that we could just leave everything to with complete trust.
We have been nothing but thrilled with your service. Everything is taken care of with ease and you never fail to keep us informed whether that be via email, phone or SMS. Whenever we need something doing someone is always there to take our call and get straight onto fixing the problem. On the rare occasion that the property is vacant, it has never been for more than one or two weeks. I put this down to your feel for the market, knowing exactly what rent we will get and your friendly property management team, who any prospective tenant would - want to sign up with.
So happy have we been with the service that as of 4th July we have also transferred our other investment property in Gladesville over to you for management. Unfortunately the previous real estate agent was inefficient and you were left with cleaning up the mess from a tenant who had abandoned the property. Not only have you advised me on my legal rights on this issue but you have done everything possible to minimize my loss and I appreciate this.
I often hear from people with investment properties that they are fed up with the service or lack of that they are getting fern their real estate agent. Now that I too have experienced an unskilled agency I now know how lucky we have been with LJ Hooker Lane Cove.
