Please note that if the issue is not considered an emergency, you will have to wait until the next working day and report it to our office via the tenant app or the following link: Maintenance Request Form. If a contractor visits the property and the issue is not classified as urgent or emergency, you may be responsible for covering all or part of the invoice.
