For urgent repairs outside of office hours (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm), please reach out the contractors listed below. Please also report the maintenance to your property manager in writing with photos via the tenant app or email, within 1 hour.

If a contractor visits the property and the issue is not classified as urgent or emergency, you may be responsible for covering all or part of the invoice.
